02.27.08Charlotte Hatherley - Bar Academy Islington 24/02/2008On 24th Feb, Charlotte Hatherley (yes her from Ash) kicked off her monthly residency 'experiment' at Bar academy Islington. Each show is to take place on the final sunday of each month and I know there are definitely shows for the next 3 months planned. This gig consisted of a set containing songs from her 2005 debut solo album and 2007's follow-up, The Deep Blue. If you like summery indie-pop music then come along!! 02.16.08Nazareth - Islington Academy 15/02/2008Some bands will never die. Nazareth are one of them. The show was a part of their 40th Anniversary Tour... and also to celebate the release of their 3572nd album The News. I went to the show on behalf of Academy Music Group to photography the band, but I had no idea what to expect. But it endd up to be quite fun in all honesty. 02.14.08Kaitee Page - Dublin Castle, Camden 09/02/2008As Camden hosted London's biggest barbeque on Saturday night, Kaitee Page and her band played the awesome little venue, The Dublin Castle. Lighting was pretty good for a small venue, but as the band didn't mind me using my flash I thought it would be perfect opertunity to get a little practice using it. Non-flash photos came out ok but the constant red and orange light was a bit boring.
