Opeth seem so much better when they are not headlining a festival. Having witnessed them high up the bill at the likes of Bloodstock and High Voltage at recent years, it’s always felt like they manage to suck every bit of life out of you and they never match the standard set by the previous bands. Luckily today, things felt a lot more relaxed, and the band are in great spirits resulting in a pretty epic dose of doomy metal.
