Having witnessed them high up the bill at the likes of Bloodstock and High Voltage at recent years, it's always felt like they manage to suck every bit of life out of you and they never match the standard set by the previous bands. 07.19.11Mastodon at Sonisphere 2011I've always struggled to enjoy Mastodon live.... mainly because their studio work is so complex it just doesn't translate well to outdoor live environment.
